Kingspan has announced the successful acquisition of Thai Insulated Panel Manufacturer - Fatek Advance Insulation Co., Ltd. The strategic move, effective as of April 10, 2024 signifies a pivotal step in Kingspan Insulated Panels Asia’s mission to deliver the high-performance insulation and building envelope solutions.

Gene Murtagh, the Kingspan Chief Executive Officer commented: “This acquisition represents an exciting next step in our strategy to widen our global footprint in the Southeast Asia region. This acquisition, alongside the commissioning of our Kingspan Phu My greenfield manufacturing site in Vietnam at the end of April, provides a vast opportunity for more sustainable and energy efficient building envelope solutions to the market.
