The event was officiated by Adient President and CEO Jerome Dorlack, APAC Executive Vice President James Huang, along with APAC and China leadership teams and China Technical Center employees.

This expansion represents a significant investment in Adient’s long-term growth in China, reinforcing the company’s commitment to product innovation. The upgraded center is now equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a sled test lab and a MAST test lab, enhancing the company’s engineering design, testing, validation and product development capabilities.

The center offers a collaborative, flexible, and digitally advanced environment for the Adient China engineering team, driving the development of innovative automotive seating solutions that cater to both local trends and global automotive demands.
