One of the highlights of the trade fair presence will be the PANELMASTER STEEL: Fully electric, spacesaving, and built for speed – even with demanding mineral wool processing, it delivers top-quality steel sandwich panels with maximum efficiency.

The UTECH MEFPU Expo is considered the leading platform for polyurethane processing in the Middle East and Africa region. PANELMASTER STEEL: More performance in less space
With the new PANELMASTER STEEL, Hennecke-OMS presents a scalable and fully electric system concept for the continuous production of steel sandwich panels. The line scores with significantly reduced space requirements, high process reliability, and technical system availability of over 95% across the entire thickness range from 20 to 300 mm. The modern production system enables production speeds of up to 14 m/min – even with the demanding processing of mineral wool (MiWo) – thus significantly reducing unit costs.
Thanks to a well-thought-out operating concept based on the new FOAMATIC generation with SCADA connection, controlled process sequences, and easy maintenance, the PANELMASTER STEEL offers consistently high quality without tolerance deviations. The line can also be integrated into existing production environments – even as a retrofit solution.
ECOFILLER PLUS MK2: A significant step toward waste-free production
With the new ECOFILLER PLUS MK2, Hennecke-OMS offers an innovative add-on for in-line compounding of solid and liquid components for rigid foam production. The compact unit enables users to homogeneously feed shredded scrap from both steel sandwich and flex panels into the running production line. This allows production waste to be recycled directly in the process. As with all Next-Gen machines from the Hennecke GROUP, control is via the intuitive FOAMATIC operating platform. The system impresses with its precise interaction of volumetric powder dosing, intelligent liquid component control, and an innovative mixing and temperature control concept. The ECOFILLER PLUS MK2 thus ensures consistently high mixing quality even with demanding PUR or PIR formulations. In combination with systems from the PANELMASTER series, this technology offers real added value for both flexible and rigid facings: It improves material efficiency and also allows the production of functional compounds, for example with powdered flame retardants for optimized flame retardant properties.
Expertise in slabstock production: MULTIFLEX and JFLEX evo
The Hennecke GROUP also showcases efficient solutions for the continuous slabstock production. The latest generation of MULTIFLEX is a highperformance system that impresses with its modular design, excellent foam quality, and maximum raw material efficiency. The combination of LIQUIDLAYDOWN technology, FOAMWARE system control and optional FLATTOP system effectively reduces waste and significantly improves product quality.
JFLEX evo complements the portfolio with a particularly compact and flexible alternative. It is aimed at users with medium production volumes and combines the advantages of continuous processes with minimal space requirements. Particularly noteworthy is the infinitely adjustable foaming width, which allows precise adaptation to changing requirements while saving raw materials. The intelligent control system with SMARTJECTORS enables fully automatic and formulation-controlled dosing of all additives.
Future-proof thanks to retrofitting
Another key topic that the experts at the Hennecke stand will be providing information on are retrofit solutions for existing sandwich panel and slabstock systems alike. Whether through the latest machine hardware or comprehensive updates to the system control, targeted retrofits can make even older systems more energy-efficient, precise, and sustainable.
