Recently, Wanhua Chemical, in collaboration with industry partners, has successfully launched a full MDI molding tray for display panels, achieving mass production application in leading domestic display panel enterprises. Display panels, as a core component of consumer electronics such as TVs, monitors, tablets, and smartphones, have stringent requirements for cleanliness, flatness, and environmental stability of packaging materials during production and transportation. Addressing the limitations of traditional Japanese-style wooden pallets used in the industry for a long time, Wanhua Chemical has jointly developed a specialized product for the display industry - the "Japanese-style double-sided MDI molding tray."
This tray uses Wanhua Chemical's innovative WANNATE® 9131FC eco-adhesive and WANALYST® KC201 efficient demolding agent, primarily made from recycled wood materials and wood processing residues, formed through high-temperature and high-pressure molding processes. Compared to traditional molding trays, MDI molding trays significantly enhance moisture resistance, structural stability, and cleanliness:
