Mitsui Chemicals’ TDI Plant to Restart on September 8

Mitsui Chemicals has announced that its TDI plant at the Omuta Works in Japan is scheduled to resume production around September 8. The facility has been offline since July 27 due to a gas leak incident. The restart plan is drawing close attention from the market regarding its potential impact on TDI supply.
