Freudenberg Sealing Technologies focuses on growth in the service sector

Weinheim (Germany), September 22, 2025 - Sealing manufacturer Freudenberg Sealing Technologies intends to acquire the DMH Group. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in the strategic development of the Freudenberg service business. The takeover is still pending approval by antitrust authorities.

The DMH Group recently achieved annual sales in the double-digit million range. With approximately 200 employees at three locations, two in Austria and one in the United States, the company manufactures high-quality, customized sealing solutions from thermoplastics and elastomers, as well as metal components and tools. The company provides a wide range of manufacturing processes and also configures CNC machines that enable customers to produce high-precision seals themselves. DMH also offers an established software solution that allows sealing solutions to be highly customized.
