This patented technology redefines continuous slabstock polyurethane (PU) foam block manufacturing, providing exceptional flexibility and efficiency for producers of specialty foams.

Engineered for MDI, viscoelastic, and high-resilience formulations, the LayDown VariMaster allows manufacturers to modify foam grades and output on the fly, maintaining continuous, uninterrupted operation. Its full-width distribution of the mixed chemical formulation across the pour plate ensures consistent block shape, uniform foam cell structure, and minimal density variation.

By combining the advantages of both trough and liquid laydown production systems, the LayDown VariMaster delivers an all-in-one solution for precise and versatile foam pouring. The system’s streamlined design minimizes the need for spare parts, simplifies maintenance, and ensures long-term reliability.
