November 18, 2025 - COIM SPA, a multinational company developing and manufacturing specialty chemicals since 1962, announces the completion of the acquisition of Notedome Limited, a company specializing in the elastomer sector, previously controlled by Manali Petrochemicals Ltd. (MPL).

The total value of the acquisition is 21.17 million pounds (approximately 247 crore Indian rupees), following receipt of all required regulatory approvals pursuant to the share purchase agreement signed on October 20, 2025.

With this strategic acquisition, C.O.I.M. consolidates its international presence in the polyurethane systems sector and further expands its production capacity and technological expertise in strategic European markets.
