On December 3, Dow Europe GmbH announced an immediate price increase of €150 per metric ton， or the equivalent in local currencies， for all Polyether polyol grades sold across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India (EMEAI). The adjustment takes effect immediately or as soon as existing contract terms allow.

The company explained that the increase is driven by escalating raw material, energy, and transportation costs, which continue to pressure production economics across the region. Dow noted that the adjustment is necessary to maintain sustainable, high-quality, and reliable operations, ensuring the continued availability of its products and services.
