On  December 3rd 2025, Dow Europe GmbH announced a price increase for its polyurethane systems across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India (EMEAI). Effective immediately, or as contract terms allow, the company will raise prices by €100 per metric ton (or the local currency equivalent).

Dow cited rising raw material, energy, and transportation costs as key drivers behind the adjustment. The company noted that these sustained cost pressures have challenged producers throughout the chemicals sector in 2025, making the increase necessary to maintain sustainable operations and reliable product supply.
