12/2/2025, HOUSTON, Texas – Sinomax USA has announced the acquisition of the VIBE® brand from Kimberly LLC. The acquisition includes all trademarks, copyrights, logos, designs, and related intellectual property connected to the design, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution of VIBE® products, including bedding and home furnishings.
The agreement formalizes a long-standing collaboration between the two companies. Sinomax USA has served as the primary manufacturer of VIBE® products for several years, helping to guide the brand’s development and production consistency.

The VIBE® brand has built recognition for its modern aesthetic, accessible design, and active online presence. Its signature product, the VIBE® Original Gel Mattress, has been named “Best Mattress Overall on Amazon” for three consecutive years by Forbes.com. The mattress was also featured on The Donna Drake Show on CBS, expanding its national visibility. Most recently, VIBE® mattresses launched in Walmart retail stores across the U.S.
Sinomax USA’s in-house marketing and creative teams will continue developing the brand’s next phase. Building on VIBE®’s established identity, the team aims to broaden its reach across the sleep and home comfort markets.
