Wanhua Declares Force Majeure for all Products Supply to Middle Eastern Countries

On March 6, Wanhua declared a force majeure for all products supply to Middle Eanstern countries.

According to the letter, the tense Middle East geopolitical situation has severely disrupted the Strait of Hormuz'snavigability, causing widespread interruptions to international shipping, logistics, and portoperations. This event is unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, constituting forcemajeure. We are facing the severe disruption of shipping routes in the Strait of Hormuz, making deliveryimpossible or unreasonably dangerous. We formally declare force majeure for affected contracts/orders/delivery obligations. Itsduration depends on the situation's development. We have promptly activated our emergency response mechanism and are closely monitoring the situation. This notice will take effect starting from March 7th, 2026, and it is a necessary measure toensure the sustainability of our operations and to continue delivering high-quality products andservices to our customers.
